GTP™ Presentation Development

This is a consulting engagement around the complete development and design of a high-stakes presentation. This work is highly collaborative, and requires a dedicated topic SME who is fully familiar with the work. The approximate duration of the engagement is 6 weeks, including:
Week 1: Establish presentation goals, review subject matter, build 1st line brief
Week 2: Draft storyboard, Determine gaps to fill
Week 3: Finalize storyboard, Determine visuals
Week 4: Design check-in
Week 5: Complete design
Week 6: Deliver finished product

GTP™ Business Intensive

This custom full-day intensive focuses on making major progress toward completion of a single complex presentation with the accountable/responsible work team.
This intensive is designed to accomplish major progress toward the completion of a high-stakes presentation, including a full storyboard and identification of key visuals.
This is not a training session, it's a guided work session using the GTP principles to develop a presentation draft in real-time.
While participants will not receive training, they will learn skills that can be transferred to any future presentation.
