How do you write a clear value proposition or one-liner?

THE ANSWER

Write one sentence: I help [WHO] achieve [OUTCOME] by [HOW]. Every word has to earn its place.

WHO gets specific enough that the right person reads it and thinks that's me. "B2B SaaS companies fighting churn" works. "B2B companies" does not.

OUTCOME is the result they lose sleep over. Revenue, faster decisions, fewer lost deals. The thing that makes their quarter.

HOW drops the jargon. If your mother wouldn't understand the verb, rewrite it.

Then keep compressing until it's uncomfortable, until you're convinced you've cut too much. That discomfort is the signal you've reached the core.
